I received the following error message: "USB Device Not Recognized." What now?

When plugging in the KeepKey to your PC using the USB cable, you receive this error message:

"USB Device Not Recognized"

One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.


Try using a different USB cable to connect your KeepKey device to your PC.
